You're buying a ticket to join a private online event for just a few people. And, I get it.  You might fear not be available to attend all the sessions.  That's why you're getting downloadable recordings of each session. Also, pending approval, and under exceptional circumstances, you'll be able to "change class". Meaning, if an unforeseen event prevents you to attend none of the sessions, you can request to change your participation to the next edition.

So, this is why there's no refund. Just like you can't get a refund for not attending a music concert or a sports event. If it happens the group sessions are postponed and/or cancelled by the organization, you can choose to: get a full refund; attend the new dates; or attend one of the following editions.
